Itinerary : 5 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga
Day 1 : Day 1 : Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate - Skoura Palm
Beginning with an early pick-up from your Marrakech hotel, the 5 days Sahara Desert is and adventure from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi gets underway. Thus, you pass through the Tizi N’tichka pass and the High Atlas Mountains, pausing for lunch at the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Thereafter, you take pictures at the Atlas film studios in Ouarzazate before touring the Kasbah of Taourirt. Dinner and an overnight stay are at a hotel in Skoura.
Day 2 : Skoura Palm - Valley of Roses - Dades Gorges – Tinghir - Todra Gorges
After breakfast, you travel to Todra Gorges via the Valley of Roses, possibly stopping to visit a cave-dwelling nomad family if time allows. Before having lunch in Boulmane du Dades, you explore the rock formations of Dades Gorges. Then, you continue to Tineghir and take in the breathtaking canyons of Todra Gorges. Finally, you enjoy a meal and a night’s rest at a Kasbah hotel.
Day 3 : Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Erg Chebbi (Merzouga)
Start day three with a stroll through palm farms and scenic views of the Todra River. Next, you drive to Tinjedad for lunch. later on, you head to Erfoud via Touroug and El-Jarf. Before seeing the beautiful Erg Chebbi or Merzouga Dunes, you stop by a nearby fossil workshop. Then, you ride a camel for 1.5 hours to the camp, where you’ll eat and stay the night amidst the dunes.
Day 4 : Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – N’kob – Agdz - Ouarzazate
Get up early to view a desert sunrise from the highest points of the dunes. Besides, you ride camels back to the hotel for a brief shower after breakfast. Also, you drive to Ouarzazate, stopping along the way at Rissani’s souk, N’kob for lunch, and Agdez to see the Tamnaugalt Kasbah among the palm groves of the Daraa Valley. Finally, dinner and a night in Ouarzazate are the perfect ways to cap off the day.
Day 5 : Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - High Atlas Mountains - Marrakech
On the last day, tour the Atlas Film Studios, the Taourirt Kasbah, and the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Before going to the Kasbah of Telouet, eat lunch at a nearby restaurant. Finish the excursion by traveling via the Tizi N’tichka pass (2,260 meters above sea level) and the High Atlas Mountains before arriving in Marrakech, where the driver will drop you off at your lodging.Then, you end 5 days tour from Marrakech
